To promote their top-notch, simple to use service we told the story of Kelly, Nick & Jenny – everyday parcel senders who have gotten into a bit of strife. By showing their problematic situations we highlight how Pass The Parcel could have made their parcel sending experience a lot simpler – Pass The Parcel, the definition of ‘Sending Made Simple’.
To reflect this category defining shift, we created a campaign of engaging social media and OOH content that positioned the brand as a leader in the category. With distinctive design, and storytelling, our content strategy pushed the Pass Pass The Parcel brand to the next level.
